  • Munlochy, Scotland, IV8 8NZ United Kingdom (map)

How to make the most of your produce, end of season advice with lessons on the best ways to store and preserve your vegetables and fruit through the winter and beyond. We will look at clamping root veg, traditional preserves and fermenting, with tasters!

Organic tea, coffee and cake provided. Please bring weatherproof clothing and a packed lunch if required.

10am to 2pm - Meet in the lecture room (ask for directions at the Black Isle Brewery shop if unable to find)

In order to make our courses accessible to as many people possible we are implementing a sliding scale pricing structure for those who wish to pay for individual workshops. You can chose to pay what you can afford from the three pricing options. We are grateful to those who choose to pay the higher charge to help make this possible.
