Dry-stone dyking with Brian Wilson
11th & 12th March 2023 - 2 day workshop
9:30-4pm both days.
A practical introduction to the principles of building with drystone: tools, techniques, theory and hands-on. Using local stone to create garden planting beds.
Brian Wilson is a natural building contractor, based in Ullapool, with over 30 years experience specialising in stonework and traditional thatching. (Royal Warrant: Thatcher and Dyker by appointment to HRH King Charles.)
Please bring sturdy boots, weatherproof clothing and a packed lunch. Accommodation available by arrangement through the brewery website.
