The 23 Trees Project

In early 2017, we brewed 23 Trees, a Citra Saison in memory of the 23 ancient broad-leaf trees needlessly cut down next to our organic farm. Together with this beer, we also planted 200 new trees – to support the wildlife that depend on them for survival.

Bikes and Beers at The POC Scottish Enduro Series

Anita Scott knows all about beer and bikes; as well as being one of our dedicated bar team, she’s a an accomplished rider and this year, is taking on the POC Scottish Enduro Series.

Our Organic, Herbilicious Polytunnel at Black Isle

We’re true to our nature and do what we can to create a sustainable, bee-friendly environment at the brewery. On the farm, we also grow our own organic vegetables and herbs in our polytunnel, which make their way to our dinner plates, as well as to our bar in Inverness.

Which brings us seasonally onto our newest beer Goldfinch 3.5% session I.P.A. launched this spring in Waitrose in Scotland and on draft across all Fuller Thomson bars.
Bursting with citrusy zing, this light, refreshingly hopped session IPA comes with the added bonus of being certified Gluten Free – good for you, good for the environment too and particularly good for your mate with the dodgy tum!
