Spoon Carving Workshop with Tom Banks a.k.a. 'Wooden Tom'

The humble spoon is one of the most useful kitchen tools - we use them every day for making most of our meals. In this course, you will discover how to make a beautiful, practical and ergonomic cooking spoon from a log. With expert tuition from Wooden Tom, you will learn how to safely use hand tools such as a carving knife and carving axe and hone your skills which you can transfer to other carving projects.

Meet at the Workshop Classroom at 9.30am for a 10am start - 4pm. Ask at the brewery shop if unable to find.

Please bring all weather clothing.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops if not enough participants are registered for the workshop. In this case all workshop fees paid will be fully refunded.
