Josie joined the team at the end of 2022. She started growing food in 2018 after studying Zoology and learning about the positive impact that organic land management has on our wildlife.
Alongside growing, Josie has been working for various community projects advocating for regenerative agriculture and food sovereignty.
Outside of work Josie spends most of her time bird watching, walking or climbing. Her favourite beer for a Saturday night is our classic Blonde.
