End of Summer Update 2023

This summer, Black Isle Brewery's production garden boasted a remarkable yield of 6,000 bulbs of garlic, underlining our commitment to sustainable, local produce and reducing environmental impact. Customers have savored fresh garden ingredients in their dishes, while our Brewery shop introduced biodiversity-supporting flowers for sale. In brewing developments, our Wheat beer is being aged in wine barrels post-secondary fermentation with champagne yeast, and a unique Weizen beer, marking our 25th anniversary, is now available in 440ml cans, with a reserved batch maturing in Douro red wine barrels.
