Tim Anderson's Red Hot Chilli Bock 7%

This is what happens when you let a chef loose in your brewery. In 2011 Masterchef winner Tim Anderson came to visit. He played Trivial Pursuit, he made us breakfast and he also came up with the recipe for this utterly bonkers beer. We all thought it was commercial suicide and wondered how we were going to hide the fact we brewed it.

Shows how much we know! This is a brilliantly well-balanced beer with an incredible depth of flavour. The smoked malts work in perfect harmony with the subtle chilli flavours and the mouth feel is full and rich.

An extremely limited beer, so make the most of it. Extremely small batch (2.5 barrel in fact), all individually numbered.

You can only match this beer with one thing; Tim's own Cola-braised pork belly recipe with butternut squash, roasted radishes, peas and miso mustard.
