Masses of dark roasted malt produce this medium-dry, full-bodied, rich, dark, complex ruby beer. A surprisingly low bitterness allows all the natural flavours of the malts to shine through whilst not burying the aromas of the First Gold hops- a wonderful balance of bitterness with a light chocolate, coffee finish. One glass is better than toucans!
